When you create an account or complete the Founder Baseline Assessment, we collect your name, email address, and your responses to our assessment questions. We also collect basic usage data to improve the platform experience.
Your assessment data is used to generate your personalized Founder OS — including your Business Model Canvas, strategic documents, and advisor recommendations. Your information is shared only with your assigned MudLabs advisor. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Appwrite Cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. Only authorized MudLabs staff and your assigned advisor can access your account data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@mudlabs.io.
