By accessing or using MudLabs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
MudLabs provides a founder development platform that combines business planning tools with personal health and formation resources. The Platform includes assessment tools, a Business Model Canvas builder, AI-assisted document generation, and access to dedicated advisors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
Documents and plans generated through the Platform are yours to use. The MudLabs platform, brand, frameworks (including the Four Fundamental Questions, Root Motivations, and Five Pillars), and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of MudLabs and its co-founders.
MudLabs advisors provide guidance and mentoring, not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions. MudLabs does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data. MudLabs reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
